Questions before you sign up
Can I see a working demo?
Yes. These two clean, unedited demo sites show exactly what you get when you buy: businesssite.coresite.co.za (new theme, Emergence) and coresitedemo.agdev.co.za (original theme).
What does the monthly fee cover?
The R385 monthly fee covers hosting, access to your core_site, server maintenance, monthly security patches and plugin updates, support and new tutorial videos. It also includes one .com or .co.za domain name.
What about email addresses?
Email can be set up for you, either on Xneelo's servers or with Google Workspace (more costly, but highly recommended). Email is an extra monthly cost, so get in touch to discuss the options.
I already own my domain name. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tick the "I already own my domain name" box in the wizard and you'll be contacted to help link it to your new site.
Can I use a theme I bought online?
Yes. If you've bought a theme from ThemeForest or similar, email the files and it will be installed for you. Some of those themes are not well made, so you're welcome to ask for an opinion before you buy.
Can I add plugins, like WooCommerce?
Yes, you can have just about any plugin installed, including WooCommerce. File a support request with your list and they'll be installed for you. The only exceptions are plugins from unscrupulous developers, plugins too old to work, and plugins that export your website.
How many pages can my site have?
As many as you like. You can add new pages and sections yourself at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Because core_site is a subscription service, cancelling means you lose access to the website. The site can't be exported or moved to another host or web designer. You own your content, so keep copies of your text and images.
Can I use my own hosting company?
No. Keeping core_site affordable depends on having full control of the server, so sites and updates can be managed and automated in one place.
